A guide to signing in, signing out, and handling a forgotten password.
Sign in
Steps
- Open the Sign In page, then enter your Email and Password (use the eye icon to show or hide it).
- Optionally check Remember me to keep your session active.
- Click Sign In to enter the main page. Or click the Google button to sign in quickly.
Sign out
Open the user menu in the top-right corner of the title bar, then choose sign out to end your session.
Automatic time zone
When you sign in or sign up, the system automatically detects your browser’s time zone and saves it so dates and times display correctly. You can change the time zone at any time, see Profile and Account Settings.
Forgot Password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your registered email, then click send.
- Check your inbox for the password reset link. The page shows a green success message.
Reset Password
- Click the reset link in the email to open the Reset Password page.
- Enter your New password (4 to 20 characters) and a matching Confirm password.
- Click Reset Password. On success, you are redirected back to the sign-in page after a few seconds.
The reset link expires
The reset link has a limited lifetime. If you see an error or it has expired, repeat the Forgot Password step.
