Why does Sepay add 10% VAT?
With Sepay's automated bank-transfer gateway in Vietnam, regulations require a 10% VAT charge on software services when an invoice is issued. This amount is added directly to your top-up tier.
Can SERPUPDATE issue business VAT invoices?
Yes. If you top up via the bank-transfer gateway (Sepay), simply enter your VAT invoice details at the checkout step. For international card payments (Paypro Global), invoicing and VAT are handled in accordance with Paypro's regulations and system.
If I buy Extension Pro, do I get SERP API for free?
No. These two services use different models. Extension Pro is billed over time (Subscription) and uses your own computer to scrape. SERP API charges per call (Pay-as-you-go) because it uses SERPUPDATE's server proxy infrastructure.
Does my wallet balance expire?
No, the balance you top up into your SERPUPDATE account wallet never expires. You can top up in advance and keep it to gradually use for pay-per-use services (SERP API) or to renew your Extension.
