Your SERPUPDATE account at app.serpupdate.com is where you manage sign-in, your profile, your wallet, and billing. Every tool (Rank Checker, the Extension, and other services) shares a single account and a single wallet.
How the account and wallet work
SERPUPDATE uses a prepaid wallet model:
- Create an account at app.serpupdate.com.
- Add funds to your SERPUPDATE wallet first (the balance is denominated in USD).
- Use the wallet balance in one of two ways: buy a time-limited plan (for example, an Extension plan), or pay as you go for the Cloud API ranking checks and other services.

Your available balance is always shown in the top corner (the coin icon) and on the Credit page. For details on adding funds and pricing, see Adding funds and billing.
What the General Information section includes
- Registering an account with email or Google.
- Signing in, signing out, and passwords.
- Profile and account settings (personal information, time zone, API, VAT).

Changing the interface language
On the sign-in or sign-up screen
Click the VI/EN button in the top-right corner to switch the interface between Vietnamese and English.
Inside the app
Click the globe icon in the title bar and choose a language. Your choice is remembered for next time.
