Frequently asked questions
I did not receive the verification email?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it is still missing, sign up again or contact support.
What if I forgot my password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to receive a reset link by email. See Sign In, Sign Out and Password.
Where do I change the timezone?
Go to the Profile page, the Personal Information tab, the Timezone field, make your selection, then click Update Profile.
My QR payment still has not been credited?
Wait for the system to verify it automatically, or click Confirm. If it has expired, create the transaction again.
What does the daily spending limit apply to?
It applies only to checks run by Cloud projects; leaving it blank means no limit.
How do I request a VAT invoice?
When paying by QR, check VAT Information and fill in your company details; or get in touch via Zalo.
Pages you do not have access to
If you open a page you are not authorized to view, the system displays an Unauthorized page with a button to return to the home page. Please sign in with an account that has the appropriate permissions.
