Installing the Extension

SERPUPDATE works on Chromium-based browsers: Google Chrome (127 or later), Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Cốc Cốc.

Install from the Chrome Web Store#

Installation steps#

This is the recommended method.

1. Open the Chrome Web Store and search for “SERPUPDATE”, or visit the product page at serpupdate.com.
2. Click Add to Chrome.
3. Confirm with Add extension.
4. After installing, click the Extensions icon in the toolbar and pin SERPUPDATE for easy access.

Manual install (Developer mode)#

1. Open chrome://extensions by typing it into the address bar.
2. Turn on Developer mode in the top-right corner.
3. Click Load unpacked and select the serpupdate-extension folder.
4. The Extension appears in the list; pin it to use it.

Using it in Incognito mode#

Turn on Allow in Incognito#

The Extension supports Incognito mode with separate data. If you want to use it in an Incognito window, go to chrome://extensions, select SERPUPDATE, open Details, and turn on Allow in Incognito.
