| Organic | Natural search results (not ads). |
| AI Overview (AIO) | The AI-generated summary that Google places at the top of the results page. |
| Brand Mention | The number of times a brand is mentioned in search results or in AIO content. |
| N/A | The keyword falls outside the scan range (for example, beyond the top 100). |
| Check Fee | The amount (USD) deducted from your balance for each scan, applicable only to Cloud projects. |
| Recheck | A request to re-check rankings immediately, without waiting for the schedule. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the ranking show N/A?
Because that keyword is currently outside the scan range (for example, beyond the top 100). Improve your content and check again later.
Why is there no cost for an Extension project?
Because the scan runs directly in your browser through the Chrome extension and does not use server resources. In exchange, it is fixed to Google Vietnam, Vietnamese, and Desktop. Learn more in Introduction to Rank Checker.
How do I re-check just a few keywords?
Select the keywords you want to check, then use Bulk or the Recheck Keywords button on the toolbar of the project detail page.
What format are reports exported in?
Reports are exported as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets.
What is the difference between Best Rank and First Rank?
Best Rank is the best ranking ever achieved, while First Rank is the ranking from the first check (the starting baseline).
