SERPUPDATE uses a prepaid wallet model: you add funds to your wallet first, then use the balance to buy time-limited plans or pay as you go.
Wallet and Payment Model
Open the Credit page from the header bar or the side menu. Ways to use your balance:
- Buy a time-limited plan: for example, the Extension plan, which has a clear expiry date.
- Pay-as-you-go: charged per use for the Cloud API ranking checks and other services, for example $0.002 per result.
Tracking Your Balance
Available Balance is your usable balance (USD), always shown in the top corner (the coin icon) and on the Credit page.
Adding Funds to Your Wallet
Steps
- Click the Add Funds button at the top of the page or on a plan card to open the add-funds dialog.
- Choose an amount from the list of top-up packages.
- Choose a payment method: PayPro or QR Code.
- Check the box to agree to the Payment Policy. For QR, you can also check VAT Information to issue an invoice.
- Click the buy button to proceed.
Payment Methods

| QR Code (Vietnam) | Bank transfer via a QR code, plus 10% VAT, with the USD/VND exchange rate shown. The QR window has a 3-minute countdown timer and checks the status automatically. |
QR Payment
Scan the QR code with your banking app and transfer the exact VND amount shown. The system checks the status automatically every few seconds, and you can also click Confirm to check right away. The statuses are: pending, success, failed, and expired; if it expires or fails, you can try again.
Pay-as-you-go Service Pricing
The ranking check service is charged per result (pay-as-you-go), deducted directly from your wallet:

Time-limited Extension Plans
The Extension section sells plans for the browser extension. The Free plan is free to use right inside the app; the paid plans (for example, the 1-year plan, labeled RECOMMENDED with a 50% EARLY BIRD offer) unlock additional features. Click Buy Now on a plan card to purchase; after buying, the card shows a Purchased label along with the expiry date.
Key features: TOP 100, AI Overview, Brand Mention, Onpage, Audit Assistant, PDF reports, and SERP history. The Pro version also adds: CAPTCHA bypass, AI Content, sponsorship, and 2x speed. For plan details, see Sign In and the Free / Pro Plans.
Transaction History and Invoices
The Usage History section lists your balance transactions: Date, Type, Reason, and Amount. Positive amounts in green are credits, negative amounts in red are debits. Filter by type: Add Funds, Bonus, Check Rank, Extension Buy. Use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the table to change pages.
VAT Invoices
The invoice area is under development. When paying by QR, check VAT Information and fill in your company details to issue an invoice; or contact us via Zalo if you need a VAT invoice.
Manual Bank Transfer
In some configurations, the system uses a manual bank transfer instead of an automated gateway. In that case, the purchase dialog shows instructions:
- Transfer to ACB bank, account number 24089988, account holder SERPUPDATE Technology Company Limited.
- Use the transfer description in the format username_Plan (find your username on the Profile page).
- Take a screenshot of the receipt and send it to the SERPUPDATE Facebook Fanpage for confirmation.
