Profile and Account Settings

Open the user menu in the top right corner, then choose Profile. The profile page has 4 tabs: Personal Information, Change Password, API Integration, and VAT Information.

Personal Information

This tab displays your account details and lets you update them. Some fields are read-only (shown in gray), while others can be edited.

After editing, click the Update Profile button (the save disk icon) to save.

Editing Your Time Zone

Steps

The time zone determines how all dates and times are displayed in your account (history, reports, expiry dates).

  1. Go to the Personal Information tab.
  2. Open the Time Zone field, which follows the IANA standard (for example, Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh, America/New_York).
  3. Select the time zone you want, then click Update Profile.

Tip

If you are in Vietnam, choose Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh. The Extension plan expiry date is also shown in this time zone.

Change Password

Steps

  1. Switch to the Change Password tab.
  2. Enter your Old Password, a New Password (at least 4 characters), and a matching Confirm New Password.
  3. Click Change Password. The system confirms success and clears the fields.

API Integration and VAT Information

  • API Integration: create or copy your API Key and set a Pingback URL (webhook) to receive results automatically. Click the sync icon to generate a new key, or the copy icon to copy the key.
  • VAT Information: enter your Company Name, Tax Code, Phone, billing Email, and Address to issue VAT invoices. Click save to update.
