Welcome to SERPUPDATE. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, software, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

SERPUPDATE provides tools and software to monitor, analyze, and report keyword rankings across search engines (commonly known as SERP tracking). The Services may include dashboards, ranking updates, notifications, and downloadable reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to use the Services. When you register, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes. You may not:

  • Resell or sublicense the Services;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
  • Use the Services for any unlawful or abusive purposes;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

5. Plans and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable, except as required by law or otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Your continued use after such notice is deemed acceptance of the adjustment.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You retain ownership of the data you enter, but you grant us the right to use that data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by SERPUPDATE are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Availability and Support

9. Suspension of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate the Terms. Upon termination, access to the Services will cease immediately with no refund. You may cancel your account by contacting support.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SERPUPDATE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vietnam.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
