SERPUPDATE (“Company”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy when you use serpupdate.com, app.serpupdate.com, and the SERPUPDATE Chrome Extension (“Extension”).

• Account information: When you register an account: email address, display name, login history, and account settings.
• Authentication data (via the Chrome Extension): The Extension stores authentication tokens (JWT) in browser cookies to maintain your login session with app.serpupdate.com. These tokens are not shared with third parties.
• Web page content (via the Chrome Extension): When you use the Rank Checker feature, the Extension reads the HTML of Google search results pages (SERP) and sends it to our servers to save your keyword ranking history. This only happens when you actively trigger the feature.
• Service usage data: Tracked keywords, SERP history, audit reports, and session duration.
• Payment information: Transaction details (excluding credit card numbers, which are handled by a third-party payment gateway).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, Extension version, and error logs used to improve the service.

3. How we use your data

• Provide and maintain SEO/GEO/AI audit services
• Save and display keyword ranking history
• Authenticate accounts and secure login sessions
• Process payments and provide customer support
• Detect fraud and ensure system security
• Send technical notifications and service updates
