  • Dữ liệu sử dụng dịch vụ: Từ khóa theo dõi, lịch sử SERP, báo cáo audit, thời gian phiên làm việc.
  • Thông tin thanh toán: Chi tiết giao dịch (không bao gồm số thẻ tín dụng — được xử lý bởi cổng thanh toán bên thứ ba).
  • Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: Địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, phiên bản Tiện ích, thông tin lỗi để cải thiện dịch vụ.

3. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

  • Cung cấp và duy trì dịch vụ audit SEO/GEO/AI
  • Lưu và hiển thị lịch sử theo dõi thứ hạng từ khóa
  • Xác thực tài khoản và bảo mật phiên đăng nhập
  • Xử lý thanh toán và hỗ trợ khách hàng

4. Dữ liệu không thu thập

Tiện ích Chrome SERPUPDATE KHÔNG thu thập:

  • Vị trí địa lý (GPS)
  • Thao tác bàn phím hoặc chuột
  • Dữ liệu từ các trang web không liên quan đến tính năng audit hoặc rank checking bạn kích hoạt

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán hoặc cho thuê dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với:

  • Web Page Content (via Chrome Extension): When you use the Rank Checker feature, the Extension reads the HTML of Google search result pages (SERP) and sends it to our servers to save your keyword ranking history. This only occurs when you actively trigger the feature — the Extension does not passively monitor your browsing.
  • Service Usage Data: Tracked keywords, SERP history, audit reports, session duration.
  • Payment Information: Transaction details (excluding credit card numbers — handled by third-party payment processors).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, Extension version, error logs for service improvement.
