Affiliate Program Policy

1. Overview

SERPUPDATE offers an Affiliate Program that rewards users who refer new customers through a personalised Affiliate & Bonus Code. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and structure of commission payments under the program.

2. Commission Structure

Referrers will earn a 10% commission on every successful transaction made by customers who use their Affiliate & Bonus Code.

The commission is calculated based on the net amount paid by the referred customer (excluding discounts, credits, and applicable taxes).

The commission amount will be recorded under the “Affiliate” section in the user dashboard once the customer has completed a successful payment.

3. Bonus Credit for Referred Customers

Customers who use an Affiliate & Bonus Code during registration or purchase will receive a bonus credit as defined and updated in the official Pricing Table.

Bonus credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the SERPUPDATE platform.

4. Code Visibility and Usage

Each user can find their unique Affiliate & Bonus Code in their Profile section.

The code must be entered by the referred customer at the time of account registration or first payment and cannot be applied retroactively.

Each new customer can use only one code during sign-up.

5. Payment methods and payment thresholds

We currently support affiliate commission payments via paypal. Please update your correct paypal registration email in the Profile section.

Our Affiliate program’s minimum commission payout threshold is $20.

6. Payout Schedule

Affiliate commissions are paid on a quarterly basis, meaning there will be four (04) payment cycles per year.

Commission payouts may be subject to minimum thresholds and local tax regulations, depending on your location.

7. Compliance and Valid Transactions Only

Only genuine transactions will be eligible for commission. We strictly prohibit:

Fraudulent activities or cheating of any kind.

Money laundering or manipulation of the referral system.

Any illegal or unethical behaviour in violation of applicable laws.

SERPUPDATE reserves the right to investigate and withhold commissions in cases of suspicious activity.

8. Policy Updates

This Affiliate Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be notified in advance through our website or email. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the revised terms.
